It all begins with a passion. Maybe an idea. Maybe I want to turn it into something more to solve problems for the Healthcare Entrepreneurs. Whatever it is, this is Healthcare Assembly.

I started my healthcare journey as a medical nurse in the government hospitals. After 5 years working with the Public Government hospitals, I took a career switch embarking in the private dental industry.

Being a junior dental assistant, with a well-known dental group. Learning the basics of chair side assisting, sterilisation, patient services, I worked my way up to assume role of a senior clinic leader and subsequently progressing to the clinical operations manager.

Starting Healthcare Assembly is truly driven by the growing demand from the doctors I supported throughout my career, headhunting me to manage their clinical operations work. 

I hope to put Healthcare Assembly at centre stage as the ideal place to inspire and empower more ladies in the Healthcare Industry to seek alternative career growth.
